Convergent Analytical Recovery Engine (CARE) is a Convergent developed application used in third party collections that actively sorts debtors to maximize the effectiveness of collection efforts. CARE analyzes past debtor behavior with the client, as well as other credit information, to determine which debtors have the ability and willingness to pay. CARE also identifies possible payment methods and best contact techniques.

CARE has significantly enhanced Convergent’s ability to identify accounts with a high probability of repayment.
